Put It On.
Put it on like a backpack. Fasten the waist buckle first and adjust to your body, then the chest and leg buckles in order. Tighten each strap for a snug fit.

Turn the Lever Out to Lift.
Turn both waist levers outward to activate assist. Keep them inward for free movement, outward when lifting heavy loads or doing back-intensive work.

Lift with Good Form.
Don't force it with your arms. Let your waist and legs carry the load — it's more natural, more effective, and builds the right lifting habits for your lower back.

Assemble the product taken out of the product box.
After unboxing, the lumbar support and pelvic frame are found separated inside the box. Align the lumbar support with the pelvic frame and tighten the included bolts to complete the assembly.

A. The gas spring is rated for 100,000 cycles. If any issue arises during the warranty period, it's replaced free of charge.
Q. You mentioned 14kgf strength assistance, so does that mean I can lift 16kg?
A. 14 kgf of assistance doesn't mean the robot lifts a 16 kg object for you. It means the load on your lower-back muscles is reduced by up to 14 kgf while you lift.

A. It may take a moment the first time, but once adjusted to your body size, you can put it on or take it off in under 30 seconds.
